For anyone with a version o...Excellent information. For anyone with a version of Manila older than 2.1, then none of these weather editor applications will work. There is a program for the newer Manila versions called "PPC Manila 2.1 and 2.5 Weather City Database Editor" by JVH3. You can find it here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=546141 It works perfectly on these new versions.
